Communists around the world celebrated Karl Marx’s 200th birthday on Saturday, May 5th. Someone whose ideology contributed and shaped communist regimes like the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany, regimes that killed more than 100 million people, is being honored by news outlets like Huffington Post and the Los Angeles Times.

Over the weekend, Germany unveiled a statue of Karl Marx that they received as a gift from China. This act made it clear what exactly the ideology that Marx and Engels published would lead to, mass human rights violations, thought policing, and governmental regulation in an attempt to control every civilian as done in modern day China by the CCP.

The history of communism is rooted in the blood of over one hundred million people. While liberals today like to say that dictators like Stalin, Mao, and Hitler simply misinterpreted Marx and Engels writings, with a little research we can see that that isn’t true.

In an article published in the New York Daily Tribune in 1853, Marx says,

“Society is undergoing a silent revolution, which must be submitted to, and which takes no more notice of the human existences it breaks down than an earthquake regards the houses it subverts. The classes and the races, too weak to master the new conditions of life, must give way.”

Marx’s ideology referenced above is exactly what caused the Chinese communist revolution that gave rise to Mao Zedong, the countries first communist leader. Marx made his revolutionary argument evident in the New York Daily Tribune commenting that it wasn’t just about a class war for him, it was also about race. Even more dramatically, in Engels 1849 article “The Magyar Struggle” he wrote,

“The next world war will cause not only reactionary classes and dynasties but also entire reactionary peoples to disappear from the earth. And that too would be progress.”

The revolutionaries Marx and Engels had planned for an uprising massive enough to cause a world war, a war large enough to destroy the “old society” and bring forth a new society from revolution and blood,

“The purposeless massacres perpetrated since the June and October events, the tedious offering of sacrifices since February and March, the very cannibalism of the counterrevolution will convince the nations that there is only one way in which the murderous death agonies of the old society and the bloody birth throes of the new society can be shortened, simplified and concentrated, and that way is revolutionary terror,” the November 7 issue of the Neue Rheinische Zeitung.

More recently the word terror from the quote above has been translated to holocaust. Karl Marx also revealed himself to be a satanist through his poems and writings. So many liberals are crossing the line and stepping into the dangerous waters of communism, hoping to bring the dictatorial system to freedom loving America. Doing such would cause a communist revolution or class war resulting in a societal collapse to bring about the one class society they desire, giving no one the opportunity to rise above the poverty line, and causing them to depend on government handouts.

According to Stéphane Courtois’s The Black Book of Communism, Communism is responsible for 100 million deaths. The more communist propaganda is distributed, the more we see nations like Germany allowing Chinese funded statues of figures such as Marx to be raised, we must call to remembrance the history of such movements and the death toll they brought about.
