Israelis Brace for Passover Battles with Hezbollah, Hamas as U.S. Anti-Semitism Rages

JERUSALEM, Israel – Northern Israel came under Hezbollah attack during the Passover holiday, as an alarming spike in anti-Semitism is manifesting on U.S. college campuses.

The U.S. Senate passed a measure for $95 billion in war aid Tuesday to Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Kentucky) hailed the action:

He declared, “History will record that, even as allies and partners may have worried about the depth of our resolve, even as Moscow, Beijing, and Tehran grew more convinced that our influence had run its course, and even as loud voices here at home insisted on abandoning the responsibilities of leadership, America stepped up and the Senate held firm.”

Elsewhere in the U.S., anti-Semitism is skyrocketing. Columbia University in New York City canceled classes on Monday because the campus wasn’t safe, particularly for Jewish students.

Aiden Hunter, a Columbia student, noted, “I’d say the majority of my friends, especially Jewish friends, feel a sense of insecurity at this time.”

Angela Morabito from the Defense of Freedom Institute told CBN News,’ Gary Lane, “The schools – 100 percent – need to make clear to their students and their faculty that anti-Semitic hate will not be tolerated. They quite rightly should stop admitting people
