Scientist Neil deGrasse Tyson defends gender ideology

(LifeSiteNews) — “Follow the science,” we’re often told these days by our moral and intellectual superiors. These days, however, science has become the servant of ideology. Bill Nye “the Science Guy,” for example, is all in on transgender ideology. So, as it turns out, is astrophysicist and author Neil deGrasse Tyson, one of the most recognizable science figures in pop culture. His resume is impressive — Harvard, the University of Texas at Austin, and Columbia. None of that, unfortunately, has prevented him from obediently parroting the talking points of the transgender movement.

In a recent viral video, Tyson let loose on the ignorant peasants who still believe that men cannot become women and women cannot become men. “My point is that apparently the XX and XY chromosomes are insufficient,” he sneered condescendingly. “Because when we wake up in the morning, we exaggerate whatever feature we want to portray — the gender of our choice. Either the one you’re assigned, the one you choose to be, whatever it is.”
