Women’s World Cup soccer player Quinn identifies as transgender and non-binary

(LifeSiteNews) — Regardless of how far our society plunges down the gender rabbit hole, you can rest assured that it can always get dumber. A case in point: 27-year-old Canadian soccer player Quinn, who is making waves at the Women’s Soccer World Cup. Not just for her athletic performance, of course. Because Quinn identifies as — get this — both transgender and non-binary.

In case you haven’t been keeping up, “transgender” refers to someone who identifies as the opposite gender. So if they were born a woman, they identify as a man, and vice versa. “Non-binary” refers to someone who identifies as outside the “male-female” binary. So Quinn is a woman but doesn’t identify as such — although she doesn’t identify as a man, either. She has chosen the pronouns “they/them” to exacerbate confusion further.
