Russia is gearing up for World War 3, in their latest move against the West, Putin is in the process of placing nuclear-capable bombers around the US border and is moving more to the Mediterranean Sea. Plus Russia is planning to reopen the Cold War era bases in both Cuba and Vietnam.
While the West awaits the arrival of Hurricane Matthew, Putin is busy putting nuclear-capable bombers around the US in the latest provocation from Russia. However, Putin is just responding to threats from the West, as Freedom Fighter Times reported back in August 2016 the US is moving roughly fifty tactical nukes from Turkey to Romania.
In response to the crisis in Syria, Putin is sending more warships to the Mediterranean; The Mirazh, armed with Malakhit cruise missiles, follows another two Black Sea Fleet missile corvettes, The Serpukhov and The Zelyony Dol equipped with Kalibr long-range cruise missiles, which had been due to reach the Mediterranean on Wednesday. Russian Navy representative Nikolay Voskresensky said: “It is planned that the Serpukhov and the Zeleny Dol will go to the Mediterranean as part of a planned rotation that will join up with the permanent naval task force.”
The move by Russia follows the Russian four-day “civil defense” drill, where 40 million people were evacuated. The massive drill set alarms off in Washington and London, with tensions already high over the stalemate in Syria.
In a move destined to escalate tensions between the West and Russia, four nations recently intercepted two Russian Blackjack bombers flying near Spain. Norway was the firs to detect the planes and then Two RAF Typhoon jets were scrambled to intercept more Russian Tupolev Tu-160 Blackjack bombers just off the coast of Scotland.
Putin recently signed off on a new division of nuclear-capable bombers to patrol the US. Long-range strategic bombers TU-95Ms and TU-22M3s, dubbed as the “Blackjacks” and “Bears,” are set to make regular patrols, another drastic similarity to the Cold War era. The new division will patrol the Pacific Ocean extending as far as Hawaii and US military bases in Guam.
To escalate things further – Russia today announced plans to reopen their military bases in Vietnam and Cuba in another sign of its deteriorating relationship with the US. Russian deputy defence minister Nikolai Pankov confirmed the ministry was “rethinking” past decisions on the closures.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov added: “The global situation is not static, it is in flux, and the last two years have made significant changes to international affairs and security. Therefore, it’s quite natural that all countries assess these changes in line with their national interests and take certain steps in the way they consider appropriate.” – Sky News
The escalation brings to light the consequences and severity of the situation in Syria. However, the latest moves by Russia are most likely in response to recent US actions, such as moving tactical nukes from Turkey to Romania. As the Cold War part, two drags on there is a vast increase in propaganda coming from both Western and Russian mouthpieces, which is why we the people must remain vigilant in understanding the entire scenario that is ongoing in Syria.
