WAR DRUMS: North Korea Prepares for Nuclear Test, Evacuates Hundreds of Thousands, Japan Joins US War Ships

By Nate Brown

The heat is on, and the war drums are banging louder than ever, in recent memory. The latest information coming from North Korea is that 600,000 residents have been ordered out of Pyongyang. Japan motioned for its ships to join the US Navy fleet. North Korean satellite images show new movement at the countries infamous nuclear test site.

North Korea is not backing down and has cautioned the US, stating that provocation will be met with a firm response from the Korean nation. China chimed in and created a new ‘bottom-line’ for N. Korea; saying that if N. Korea negatively impacts China with its illicit nuclear activities, the latter will respond with force. Japan also chimed in and is sending several warships to join the USA for military drills.

In war preparations, North Korea apparently ordered roughly 600,000 thousand of its residents out of Pyongyang and into the suburbs. Meanwhile, South Korea is attempting to quell fears of an impending war. This weekend happens to be a colossal anniversary for North Korea, this year N. Korea is preparing to celebrate its 105th anniversary of Kim Jong-il, who was the supreme leader of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea. He died of a massive heart attack while traveling by train outside Pyongyang. To mark that celebration it would strongly appear as though Kim Jong-Un is preparing to conduct yet another nuclear missile test.

The USA is also preparing seal team six, to decapitate the regime and remove Kim Jong-Un from power, the skilled US Navy Seal team is conducting “field training operations” in South Korea.

US gov’t and other sources say #DPRK has apparently placed a nuclear device in a tunnel and it could be detonated Saturday AM #Korea time.

The Breakdown.

The information regarding the evacuation of hundreds of thousands of Koreans can be traced back both to Pravda.Ru, a Russian state news paper, and Korea JoongAng Daily which reported on the evacuation order as well.

North Korea leader Kim Jong-un ordered 25 percent of Pyongyang residents to leave the city immediately.

In accordance with the order, 600,000 people should be urgently evacuated. Experts note that the evacuation will most likely be conducted due to extremely strained tensions in relations with the United States of America.

Reportedly, Pyongyang’s bomb shelters will not be able to accommodate the entire population of the North Korean capital. Therefore, 600,000 people – mostly individuals with criminal records – will have to leave Pyongyang to let others use bomb shelters.

It was also said that one modified Ohio type rocket carrier carrying 154 Tomahawk type missiles on board joined the US Navy deployed near the coast of the Korean Peninsula. The missile carrier is expected to arrive at the port of registration on April 18.

Meanwhile, according to South Korean media, residents of the DPRK say goodbye to each other, to their homes, to their places of work, to forests and fields, to the sky, rivers, etc as if the nation prepares for a large-scale war. At the same time, it is forbidden to say goodbye to officers of law enforcement agencies. It is also strictly forbidden to mention the names of national leaders in words of farewell.

Chinese social media said a couple of days ago that auxiliary troops and doctors were heading to the border of North Korea. One of the photos showed a chain of military trains moving around Shenyang – a city about 200 miles from the North Korean border.

Meanwhile, satellite images show that North Korea is preparing to test yet another nuclear missile.

“New commercial satellite imagery from April 2 indicates continued activity in this area and at the Main Administrative Area, while the rest of the facility remains quiet.

“This pattern of activity could mean a sixth nuclear test is imminent, but the imagery does not provide any definitive evidence of the installation of a nuclear device or the exact timing of such a test.”

Two sources informed Reuters and the Kyodo news agency that several destroyers from Japan are heading to join the USS Carl Vinson.

Japan is preparing to send several warships to join a US aircraft carrier strike group heading for the Korean peninsula, in a show of force designed to deter North Korea from conducting further missile and nuclear tests.

Citing two well-placed sources who spoke on condition of anonymity, Reuters and the Kyodo news agency said several destroyers from Japan’s maritime self-defence forces would join the USS Carl Vinson and its battle group as it enters the East China Sea.

The move comes as the Chinese president called for calm in the region in a phone conversation with Donald Trump.

China “is committed to the goal of denuclearisation on the Korean peninsula, safeguarding peace and stability on the peninsula, and advocates resolving problems through peaceful means,” Xi Jinping said, according to CCTV, the state broadcaster.

As for the time being, there is a potential situation unfolding on the Korean peninsula, as hundreds of foreign journalists visiting North Korea have been told to prepare for a “significant and important event” on Thursday.

Pyongyang marks the 105th birth anniversary of its founding President Kim Il Sung on April 15, North Korea’s biggest national day called “Day of the Sun.”

Only time will tell if the US and North Korea are to go to war. What say you reader?
