New global reporting system launched to document COVID jab injuries

(LifeSiteNews) – The Truth for Health Foundation is announcing a new COVID-19 vaccine injury reporting system, with the aim of documenting the global damage the injections are having on people’s health.

The Citizens Vaccine Injury Reporting System (CVIRS)™ will be introduced by the Truth for Health Foundation at a livestreamed press conference on April 13 at midday EST. 

The new reporting system will be available in English, Spanish, and Chinese, and is directed at those who have been harmed by the COVID-19 injections rolled out around the world on a widespread basis for now over a year.

The Foundation predicts that CVIRS will be “the most accurate, accessible and complete vaccine injury reporting system in the world,” meaning that “the public will be able to, for the first time, easily and confidentially report their injuries and side effects without fear of reprisal as well as receive resources for developing a treatment plan to recover health.”
