(LifeSiteNews) — Reportedly leaked architectural plans sent to The Counter Signal show that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s Ministry of Environment & Climate Change Canada (ECCC) is building a new facility that includes rooms for “firearms storage,” interrogations and intelligence facilities among other uses.

Per screenshots contained in the report, the proposed 50,000 square foot facility is set to be constructed in Winnipeg, Manitoba and will feature a designated “controlled quiet” room, an “intelligence room,” an “electronic charging” room and an area labeled “firearms storage,” which will all be used by the ECCC as part of the ministry’s so-called “Environmental Enforcement Directorate.”

The Counter Signal also makes note of proposed “biological labs” and a media relations office, but does not show a screenshot of those plans in the report.

According to the outlet, hundreds of ECCC staff are set to operate out of the facility once constructed, as well as additional “weather forecasting staff.”
