China’s religious winter continues against Christianity, members of the Communist Chinese Party were told to abandon all forms of belief for Marxist Atheism. In addition, China’s quest for power and to usurp American dominance raises the stark concern that if China does, in fact, overtake the US, a global suppression of religious expression could occur.

“Party members should not have religious beliefs, which is a red line for all members. … Party members should be firm Marxist atheists, obey Party rules and stick to the Party’s faith … they are not allowed to seek value and belief in religion,” Wang Zuoan, director of the State Administration for Religious Affairs, wrote in an article for the CPC Central Committee, as reported by China’s Global Times on Tuesday.

Wang furthered in his argument that members of the party should not engage in religious affairs nor should they entertain religious beliefs and that the government must tighten controls on religious groups.

China is a communist nation, the United States is a democratic republic, yet similar suppression of religious beliefs within the government are warranted by Congressional members such as Bernie Sanders.

Wang continued; “We should guide religious groups and individuals with socialist core values and excellent traditional Chinese culture and support religious groups to dig into their doctrines to find parts that are beneficial to social harmony and development. … Some foreign forces have used religion to infiltrate China, and extremism and illegal religious activities are spreading in some places, which have threatened national security and social stability.”

Over the course of several years, Communist Party authorities have actively suppressed and persecuted hundreds of pastors and Christian activists who have actively protested against forced church demolitions. Christian Bible Study Groups have actually been accused of being a national security risk.

What is taking place in China is horrific, and it makes American freedom all the more precious. What the United States created at home it expanded fundamentally globally, a sort-of international democracy if you would, however, the world is changing. The USA is losing its edge to China, and with each passing year, China gains power while the US stagnates.

Ever since the selection of Donald Trump, several international nation-states have sought to usurp US power internationally, and one of those nations would be China. Being that China is a communist nation what values internationally could we expect to see if the nation grew in influence to that of a comparison to the USA? Communism.

Previously we have covered the religious winter currently occurring in China, we have also reported on the reality that several other nation-states are instilling socialistic principles into their democracies, such as Germany which is a capitalist nation yet integrates socialist (communist) programs and social justice mantras. The United Nations, the leading international governing body, for example, recently selected António Guterres for Secretary General, Guterres is a practicing socialist.

The infiltration of international governing bodies by special interest groups has fomented the rise of the current landscape, and if we fail to learn from history, we are doomed to repeat it. According to communist Russia’s very own; “The goal of socialism is communism – Vladimir Lenin.”

The geopolitical landscape is changing, and with the ever increasing infiltration of socialist, communist principles into international governing bodies and nation-states, over the next several years the world will witness the subversion of democracy for communism. Any resistance to such will not be tolerated, which is evidenced by the world revolting against the US returning to ‘America First’ ideologies.

The intertwining of international relations and interconnectedness has brought humanity to a point in history like no other, the cusp of a global governance defined by a single system, a single currency, and a single religion. In such, Christian beliefs will not be tolerated, and in such, a form of communism rules the day.
