Christians are tired of hearing watered down teachings, instead, according to a recently published study, people of America are turning to Churches that stand on the Word of God.

Globally speaking, people are, according to similar studies, turning away from religion and faith based on what is explained as the secularization thesis. In summary, the thesis reads that “as societies progress, particularly through modernization and rationalization, religion loses its authority in all aspects of social life and governance.”

However, that is not taking place in America, in fact, it’s quite the opposite. According to the study, strong religious affiliation is growing, liberal religious affiliation is declining, and the intensity of American religion is actually becoming more exceptional over time.

We argue, therefore, that religious change in the United States is demonstrably different than that occurring in comparable countries and that the United States remains an exceptional outlier and potential counterexample to the secularization thesis.

Interestingly enough, it would appear as though, mainstream churches are losing more members than ever before, which explains the original interpretation that Christianity is on the decline. However, the study displays that just because people are leaving a church, it doesn’t mean that they are leaving the faith.

Incredibly, the study displays that the percentage of Americans who pray daily, accept the Bible as is, and attend church more than once a week has remained the same for upwards of 50 years. In addition, the percentage of Americans referenced in the aforementioned totals to about one-third of US citizens. Contrastingly, in comparable nations, the percentage totals out to about one in fifteen.

In addition, the amount of people who hold fast to the faith has actually increased according to the research. In 1989 only 39 percent of those who belonged to a religion, housed strong faith. However, today it’s 47 percent of the religiously affiliated who hold strong.

The Persistent and Exceptional Intensity of American Religion: A Response to Recent Research

American exceptionalism is alive and well, however, the lies and deceit of the mainstream churches are still prevalent, although they are in decline. The world over, Christians, are facing crisis after crisis and American Christians are either unaware or dazzled by the progressive lie of tolerance and acceptance.

Many nations and organizations are attempting to silence the Christian faith. The study, displayed above, inadvertently also portrays the reality of what is taking place outside of the United States.

The reality is clear, the world is shunning Christianity, whether it be by sword or by secularization. In addition, the United Nations, which claims to aid the afflicted, has turned their back on the Christian minority. To add credence to American Exceptionalism, Vice President Mike Pence, an evangelical Christian, stated recently that America will bypass the UN and aid those who are under persecution.

“We will no longer rely on the United Nations alone to assist persecuted Christians and minorities in the wake of genocide and the atrocities of terrorist groups,” Pence told the crowd gathered in Washington, DC, for the annual summit of In Defense of Christians (IDC).

“The United States will work hand in hand from this day forward with faith-based groups and private organizations to help those who are persecuted for their faith. This is the moment, now is the time, and America will support these people in their hour of need.”

As American Christians stick close to their roots, to the Word of God, and to the faith the world is rapidly turning against the Christian religion.

As a follow up to the study published, I requested commentary from the authors of the study, you can see my questions and their responses below.

Are you a Christian?

Landon Schnabel: As a social scientist, I try to report empirical patterns without regard to what I might hope to find. As a social scientist who studies religion, I think it’s all the more important to avoid bias one way or the other (or even the appearance of bias one way or the other). Therefore, I generally don’t discuss my personal views publicly in connection with my research.

After conducting further research into the study, does it make you question what makes America so different?

Landon Schnabel: I think a few factors contribute to making the intensity of American religion unique, and will highlight two here: (1) the politicization of religion along with the rise of the Religious Right and (2) demographic patterns bolstering intense religion.

Religious and political identities are closely interrelated, and can reinforce one another. The rise of the U.S. Religious Right brought religious and political identities closely together, and people whose political identities are consonant with the Religious Right seem to be reinforced in their religious identities, and political liberals and moderates may see their political values conflicting with organized religion.

Immigration and fertility rates bolster intense religion and contribute to the decline of moderate religion. Immigrants are often from more religious countries, and sometimes from places where U.S. missionaries spread intense forms of Christianity. And religion is a strong predictor of fertility, with more intensely religious people having higher fertility rates than the moderately religious and the unaffiliated. Therefore, both immigration and higher fertility rates contribute to the persistence of intense religion. (Michael Hout makes this type of argument about Catholicism, showing how many young Catholics leave, but that immigration and fertility rates help replace the leavers)

How and why, in your opinion, is secularization failing in America?

Landon Schnabel: I don’t know if I’d say secularization is “failing” because “failing” seems to imply an intentional goal that isn’t being met. Some individual secular people in the U.S. may want secularization to happen, but secularism isn’t organized and institutionalized like religion so there doesn’t seem to be an intentional goal not being met. But I can say that the U.S. isn’t secularizing in the same way as comparable countries for the same types of demographic and partisanship reasons that intense religion is persistent. Secular people have fewer children and immigrants tend to be more religious than non-immigrants. And, for some groups in the U.S., religious and political identities are intertwined, and politically conservative people may stay more religious because they see it as matching their politics. And the U.S. is in some ways more politically conservative than many of the countries following the secularization thesis (e.g., they tend to have free national healthcare, etc.).

And it’s important to note that while the U.S. doesn’t fit the secularization thesis, Americans are disaffiliating from organized religion and average religiosity is declining despite the persistent intensity of American religion.

Is technology really the driving point behind the decline of religion?

Landon Schnabel: I’m not an expert on the relationship between technology and religion.

What’s your take on why people are departing the moderate, liberal, church?

Landon Schnabel: I think that moderate religion is on the decline in part due to demographic patterns and in part due to politics. In terms of demographic processes, people in moderate and liberal churches tend to have fewer children, and immigrants are less likely to be adherents to moderate or liberal denominations. So as people disaffiliate or simply age out they’re not being replaced at the same rate as the replacement happening among other groups. Consequently, mainline Protestants for example have a much higher average age than some other religious groups (a young average age is a sign of growth and an older average age a sign of decline). And I’m also guessing that some people are disaffiliating due to seeing religion as not matching their politics. Many of these people retain some beliefs and practices and aren’t necessarily secular, they just no longer affiliate with an organized religious group.

Landon Schnabel is a Ph.D. candidate in sociology at Indiana University, this year’s Wells fellow, and a consultant for a few groups working to address gender-based violence. Landon also teaches a service-learning seminar on statistics, research methods, and using data to prevent sexual violence for Indiana University’s Liberal Arts & Management Program.

As compared to apostate Israel, I suppose THEY viewed him as radical. But you said “was”. Is it your belief he doesn’t exist any more?

Yes and He still is. His Gospel will always be radical to a non-believing world.

Believe it or not, the vast majority of those claiming to be Christian, are totally unaware of the gospels telling the account of the Christ. And those that know something about it, know very little that is true, and a great deal that isn’t.

That’s excellent, provided that you FORGOT everything the church taught you, BEFORE you began to study the scriptures in depth, and that you compared each individual scripture, to each other individual scripture, front to back. That is important over most anything else, to ensure you have the sense of each scripture, and that you don’t see any conflicts at all. In fact, studying the scriptures without doing that is a complete waste of time.

Yep. It’s surprising to note that most who claim to be ‘CHRISTIAN” know nothing of the gospels telling of the Christ, and those that know something about it, don’t know all of it, and what they do know, is not accurate or truthful. Religions don’t teach the truth contained in God’s word. They tell their constituents what to believe, rather than teaching them HOW to learn the truth. Very shameful.

Some do better than others but there is only one Church that Our Lord Jesus Christ founded that was given the authority to teach. That Church is the Catholic Church.

This is not at all surprising. The remedy will be to return to the teachings of Our Lord Jesus Christ and His Catholic Church.

If only the Catholic Church actually followed the teachings of our saviour! The Catholic Church doesn’t follow the Bible at all, in fact their pope says they don’t need Jesus for He (the pope) is now the only way to God. The Papacy also changed the Ten Commandments, which only God can do. These people pray to friggin statues and they think Mary remained a virgin after giving birth to Jesus, totally disregarding the Bibles truth on this matter, remember Jesus had brothers and sisters.
Please don’t take this the wrong way, there are many Catholics who are very good people but they have been mislead by the governing force of their church.

Mic333; actually, they’ve been misled by Satan, “who is misleading the entire inhabited Earth”. Satan is responsible for ALL religions that man had any hand in creating. The first Christendom religion, the RCC, being the most insideous, since it’s the most pervasive Earthwide, and since ALL other religions of Christendom have followed their suit. They all engage in the pagan practices and beliefs of the RCC. It is for that reason that God the Almighty COMMANDS us to “flee from her” (false religion). God, and His son Jesus, His messiah and our savior, and our king, taught against churches and religions of the world saying they’re all “works of the flesh”, and teaching that anyone engaging in any works of the flesh, unrepentantly, will be destroyed permanently. He taught us all to be “no part of the world”, it’s religions, it’s politics, it’s wars, armies, governments, and it’s entertainments and immoralities and many other things. He taught that we must, in order to be his disciples, live as “alien residents in the world, but to remain separate from it”.

Wow! It’s so refreshing to hear someone else who seems to know what they’re talking about. I used to belong to the Seventh Day Adventist Church but quickly came to realize that they are just as, if not more, corrupt as all the other churches. The only thing that I thought they had right is the seventh day Sabbath but through careful study of scripture and history I’ve come to realize that we are so far off from Gods original calendar that even this is corrupt. Unfortunately even Gods word has been corrupted by translators that just wanted to be paid or by men with an agenda. Of course the gist of the message remains true but I find I must pray and meditate before studying if I truly want truth, actually I pray before studying and meditate on His word after. This is the only way I can really understand what I’m learning.

Emery Richards

Jesus did NOT create the Catholic church, Constantine did. Jesus taught that all churches are false religion, as did his Father. Jesus, on Nisan 14, 33 C.E., created the Christian Congregation when he created the New Covenant, with holy spirit annointed apostles and disciples of his. They were annointed with God’s holy spirit’, which allowed them to speak in different languages, heal, raise from death, and so on. That ability ended with the death of the last of the apostles of Jesus, on the penal island of Patmos. The scriptures say that “knowledge” (usage of God’s spirit to heal and raise from the dead and perform miracles) ended.

The RCC is the first of the false religions of Christendom. Contrary to the church’s teachings, history and records prove out that it was created in 325 A.D. by Constantine, when he mixed Christian texts with pagan beliefs, rituals, icons, and holidays. It’s not religion, it’s false religion, since only one religion actually exists. It’s the “one true faith” that Jesus taught. Jesus created a congregation, not a church, and don’t try to argue that they’re the same thing, because they most definately are not. A congregation doesn’t need a church, but a church needs a congregation to survive. Churches have their own teachings that aren’t scriptural. The Christian congregation has only God’s inspired word for teachings.

Hey brother, I hope you don’t mind but I borrowed your expression from the end of a comment about the church needing a congregation etc. I keep a Bible diary and I had to add this expression. Thanks, God bless.

Emery Richards

Reply to  Mic333

No, I don’t mind in the slightest. But I wanted to add something. It’s true that no church of man can survive without a congregation, from which that church extracts money, constantly.’ But, Jesus told his apostles, “you received free, give free”. So any “church” that asks for money is operating quite contrary to God’s inspired word. As far as any CONGREGATION needing a church, they don’t. Forget everything you’ve ever heard about the Christian scriptures (new testament). Now, look at them as they are intended: Each word was written by those who became the first ones of a select group. The holy spirit annointed, adopted, sons of God, who are co-heirs of the christ. They are to be co-kings and co-judges, and they make up the government of the Kingdom of the Heavens once all of them are there. All 144,000 of them, with Jesus as the King. It is with THOSE alone, with whom Jesus made God’s New Covenant, also called the christian congregation. Added to that “little flock” is a great flock, or “the great crowd” whom no man was able to number, mentioned mostly in Revelation to John. They are joined together as one flock under one shepherd (the Christ. Now, all of the NT was written by them, and was addressed TO them, for the express use of them, to teach the great crowd, who are to live on Earth, in paradise, forever, after “judgement day”. Anyone who is part of false religion is excluded. Anyone who is “part of the world” is excluded. Anyone using falsely translated copies of God’s word will also be excluded, if they don’t accept the truths found in God’s inspired word.
Everyone else, except these two groups of people, will literally be exterminated in the final battle, in the blink of an eye, when the announcement of “peace and security” is made globally.

So, the christian congregation is the only real religion. Anything else CLAIMING to be religion, is lying. Anything else claiming to be christian is lying also, and all religions of Christendom are mostly pagan. Their teachings, beliefs, icons, idols, rituals, Bibles, and holidays are pagan in origin. God said that if we stop touching the unclean (pagan) thing, He will take us in. Conversely, if we CONTINUE touching the unclean thing, He turns His back on them. They are, in God’s own words, God’s enemies. And we all know what God has done in the past to His enemies.

Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

Good evening brother. I am in total agreement with you. I myself was only born again in the spirit one year ago, about this time of year. Immediately after He touched me and I felt His incredible love I started reading scripture. I only had a KJV at that time and something, or should I say someone, told me something was wrong. I have since bought several different translations and have a Hebrew and Greek translating app (I don’t totally trust the app). I find I am guided at times to different translations and get the appropriate teaching. I was Seventh Day Adventist , only because I thought they were the only ones following the Bible properly because of the Sabbath, I couldn’t have been more wrong, anyways that’s a totally different discussion, lol. Don’t get me wrong some of these people truly seem to love God but they believe some pretty unscriptural things. I have since joined a house church group, we study the whole Bible and discuss it pretty openly. Unfortunately even this group is getting way too doctrinal?(is that even a word?), well their really just getting too Jewish, like there’s no new covenant and even some of them quoting the Talmud. So the first church I go to is because I thought they had the Sabbath right and now my second attempt I was attracted to because they keep God’s Holy Days but it turns out they’re legalists, bro I really don’t know what to do, I want to fellowship with people but it seems no one I meet, well almost no one, wants to discuss the scripture with a totally unbiased open mind or who seems to know truth when they read it in scripture. A lot of it seems so obvious to me but then people twist it around or take things totally out of context. It actually infuriates me at times, I call this righteous indignation, lol. Anyways, I wish you lived in Canada maybe we could fellowship together, it seems to me like you are someone who has done their research and has kept an open mind, or maybe you’re just another one with eyes to see and ears to hear.
God bless you brother.

I can guarantee, that if you pray, honestly from the heart to God, to help you understand His inspired word, and ask Him to help you learn about Him, and to draw closer to Him as a friend, then someone will approach you and offer you the truths you are looking for. Not possible for me to say when, where, or how this will happen, but if in you God sees an honest hearted desire to do these things, God WILL cause it to happen. Just don’t reject it, no matter who it is from, and no matter what you think of anyone else.
But, it does require honest open hearted talking to God, in Jesus’ name, and a strong desire to grow close to God. He will provide the pathway.
Works every time.

Maybe I should qualify myself. In 1975, right after high school, I began taking classes at a local college, on ancient Koine Greek, and ancient Hebrew, on how to read and translate those two ancient Biblical languages into english. As our courses required, we took many English “versions” of God’s word, and compared them to all the existing ancient texts from which Bibles are SUPPOSED to be translated. We never found any that were even 50% accurate. So, I began, also, to study with many different religions of Christendom, and found them all to be lacking in truth and honesty. No bibles, and no religions that agreed at all with God’s inspired word. Odd stuff here. I kept studying ancient texts, and searching through denominations of Christendom, and never found anything all the way through the early 2000’s. Folks knocked on my door almost weekly, and we had talks on my front porch that lasted an hour or more. This went on for 3 years.
I moved out of state, and began talking to more of those who knocked on my door. They were JW’s. I learned that JW is not a religion, but is a society of ministers, who were all part of the religion taught by Jesus, in the first century. Jesus said it was “the one true faith”. He said all churches were works of the flesh, and were false religion. So, I continued studying with these JW’s. EVERYHING they said, agreed with over 40 years of study and research. It all agreed with God’s inspired word, even though it didn’t agree with almost all English “versions” of Bibles. They gave me one that their society had produced, and I used it to check against 40 plus years of research notes, and it agreed, front to back, with all the ancient texts. Not a single error. So, I joined them a few years ago.

So, in answering your question, when I learned all this, I hadn’t even heard of JW’s. But subsequently became one not long ago.

Archangel means “head of the angels”. There is only one head of the angels, and therefore only one archangel. So there wasn’t “one of the archangels” chosen. But chosen for what? If one exists, one cannot be “begotten” again. What exactly are you talking about?

Well I know that the JW’s believe that Michael is Yehshua as do the SDA’s.
And as to there being only one archangel, what about Daniel 10:13 where it clearly states that Michael is merely one of the chief princes. My train of thought here goes to the seven spirits of God mentioned at least 5 times in scripture, 4 times in revelations and also in Isaiah 11:2. I just automatically connect these spirits with the seven angels mentioned in 1 Enoch, he also mentions the seven spirits in 61:14.

Emery Richards

Reply to  Mic333

Daniel 10:13 is referring to one of the princes of Persia, not the angel Michael. In Isaiah 11:2, it’s not referring to different “spirits”, it’s metaphorically referring to the spirit of wistom, the spirit of understanding, the spirit of counsel and of mightiness. the spirit of knowledge, and the fear of disappointing God. Those are figures of speech, not names of spirit beings. Enoch is not a work that was inspired by God.
Are you in need of studying and understanding the inspired word of God? It seems to me, that you are relying on and believing falsely translated versions of God’s word, and on false religion. That will get you nowhere but destroyed. God said, or rather COMMANDED us to take in ACCURATE information DAILY. You’re not going to be able to do that using false translations of His word, OR relying on religions of man, whom God said were all FALSE RELIGION.

And all the ministers who are members of the society known as Jehovah’s Witnesses, who are all part of the one true faith as taught by Jesus, in the first century, believe that the Word, who became Jesus, who is now our King, is also called Michael the Archangel, in the only reference to Michael the Archangel in the entire scriptures. And what a false religion created by man, SDA’s believe, is of no consequence. It’s a false religion. The only real religion is the one true faith exactly as Jesus taught it. He bagan no church. He bagan the Christian congregation when he instituted his Father’s New covenant on Nisan 14, 33 c.e., the night before his death.

God inspired his written inspired word, He didn’t inspire a version of them, or an interpretation of them, or a translation of them. It is man who either translates or interprets them, and who put them together into a numbered book. But almost all such “versions” were falsely translated and or interpreted, and barely resemble what God inspired 40 men to write, and which became 60 Biblical books. Understanding them is yet another thing all together. Scripture states that Satan has veiled the meaning of those scriptures, and that only God, using His spirit, can open up their meaning to us. And God said He will only do that upon seeing in someone an honest heart, and an honest desire to grow close to and to know God. So the ball is in our court to show God we want to know and understand and be close to Him.

Well, I’m sorry but I can’t agree with your interpretation of scripture. To me it is quite obvious that Daniel 10:13 is speaking of Archangel Michael.
And as to Isaiah 11 not being about His, our Fathers, seven spirits, then how do you explain the four times in Revelations, 1:4, 3:1, 4:5 And 5:6, where it is clearly stated that God has seven spirits. And as far as 1 Enoch not being part of scripture, you would be incorrect, or do you think that the western version of the Bible is the only reliable version. Enoch, Jubilees and Jasher were originally part of the original scripture but were taken out at the council meeting of Nicea . These books still remain in various countries. As a matter of fact Ethiopia has oral traditions that state it was Mark himself who brought them their version of the Bible scrolls which contain all three of these books. And as for JWs being the only true church, hogwash I say to that. They started about the same time as the SDAs and were started by a man, Miller, who’s first prophecy was wrong! What does scripture say about prophets who prophecy falsely? And these people think that the end started in 1914, more hogwash. I seriously don’t believe any denomination has it 100% right and never will as long as they are being run by men. The only true church will be when Immanuel returns and leads us. Yes there will be a remnant that truly believes in their hearts that He is our saviour but this remnant won’t belong to any denomination that worships in a building they call the church or on a pagan Sabbath that has absolutely nothing to do with Gods calendar, for God’s true calendar uses not just the sun as this pagan Catholic calendar does but the sun, moon and stars as told us in Genesis 1:14. Heck the Jews don’t even have it right.
Anyway you truly sound like you love our Father and that is what matters most. May we meet in His kingdom. God bless.

No, no one can agree on my “interpretation” of any scripture, because I NEVER INTERPRET ANY SCRIPTURES. God stated that only HE is to interpret anything, we are never to do that. Your misunderstanding of God’s word is for two reasons. One, is that you use a falsely translated “version” of God’s word. He never inspired any “versions” of His word. He only inspired te what He inspired them to write. You think what you erroneously think, because of the tampering with God’s word that the creators of the “version” you are using caused.

God doesn’t have seven spirits. He has one, His holy spirit. His active force, by which all things were created, and by which Jesus performed miracles, and with which God annointed 144,000 adopted sons and daughters, who are co-heirs and co-kings with Jesus.

Enoch, Jubilees and Jasher are not inspired by God, no matter how much you have been deceived. You can’t change facts.

JW’s are no church at all, as I previously stated. The Jehovah’s Witnesses is a SOCIETY of ministers. Their religion is the “one true faith” as Jesus taught it in the first century. Jesus and his father both stated very clearly that all churches are false religion, and are works of the flesh.

Immanuel is not “returning” nor is going to “lead” us. Again, you’ve been quite deceived.

Churches are not just the buildings in which they are contained. That intimation is simply quite insane. Not rational at all.

May I suggest, again, that you actually study the 16,000 ancient texts from which all Bibles are SUPPOSED to be translated. Compare each scripture to each other one. Front to back. Then, start over. And over and over.
Then, God MIGHT see in you an honest hearted desire to know Him, and He MIGHT help you to pierce through the veil Satan has placed over the understanding of God’s inspired word.

Good day brother. I would truly love to study these 16,000 manuscripts you speak of if they were available. I have been studying the Dead Sea scrolls and the pseudepigrapha as well as scripture every day, I try to devote about half my day to study about our Father, which is also made up of much prayer and meditation and this, I find brings me more insight than does reading His word alone. I presently have seven different translations that I use. So which one do you use? I would love to add another. I am also in the process of studying our constellations as they tell the original story of the gospel placed there by Yah Himself, and of course no one could tamper with this version, lol. I truly find it sad that you don’t think our Father has preserved His word at least in part, I myself believe that He has. Ever since He came to me the first time I have become a totally different person and have learned how to really love. If you understood how much He has actually changed me you might understand why I feel as I do. I do totally agree that no church is correct for they all have their own agenda or some doctrine that I fail to find in scripture, this includes the Jews for of course most of them don’t even believe the messiah has already come. Speaking of which, why do you not believe He will come again? Even the gospel in the stars tell us He will.

Good day brother. I will pick up a NWT Bible as soon as I can, thank you.
As to spiritism,I’m not sure what you are referring to, if it’s the fact that Yah has seven spirits, it’s in all the Bible translations I own, I’ll get back to you on this after I get a chance to check the NWT. And as to astrology, who said anything about astrology? I merely stated that the gospel is written in the heavens. Do you believe Yah put the stars there?
Of course He did. According to the earliest historical records from around the world they have all had the same pictures in the stars for thousands of years, different interpretations of course but the same overall pictures.
They start with a virgin,Virgo, that gives birth, so how does a virgin give birth? And they go on through a mighty one who defeats a serpent or dragon, a shepherd that watches over his flock and even the cross is represented in these pictographs. So , no , I don’t call this astrology and I certainly don’t try to predict my future through these as that would be considered divination. Kinda funny too how Virgo starts right around the time of the fall feasts. There are many books on this subject, I would suggest The Gospel in the Stars written by Joseph Seiss. There are many references throughout the Bible concerning the constelations as these have been around since the time of Adam and Chavva(Eve).

No translation says that God has seven spirits. It’s the UNDERSTANDING or rather, the LACK of understanding, God’s inspired word that you’re having a problem with. Satan has veiled the meaning of God’s word, and only God can unveil it. One cannot do it himself. The understanding of it has not been made available to you. You cannot change that. Only God can.

Ok, so seeing as you would like to concentrate on this subject let me point out to you where in scripture these are. Let’s start with Revelations 1:4 (b) “and from the seven spirits who are before his throne”, Revelations 3:1 “The words of him that has the seven spirits of God and the seven stars.”, Revelations 4:5 (b) “ and before the throne were burning seven torches of fire which are the seven spirits of God”, Revelations 5:6 (b) “which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth.” So could you please tell me again how the seven spirits of God are not in any translation you’ve read. These lines are in all the translations I own, with variations, of course. These particular lines are taken from the English Standard Version. It’s quite obvious to me that God has seven spirits that He sends out into all the earth as His active force to accomplish things for Him. These spirits are named in Isaiah 11:2 and also in 1 Enoch 61:14.
I know you don’t believe in any books other than the Bible but as I stated earlier, Enoch, Jubilees, and Jasher are still part of the Bible in other countries, as a matter of fact it was Saint Mark that brought these books to Ethiopia. This is definately not spiritism, I am not trying to raise the dead for I don’t believe that’s possible. We go to sleep when we die to be awakened when Immanuel/Yehshua comes back to take us to Gods kingdom. I know, your religion believes Immanuel is already here and has been since 1914, could you show me where this is stated in scripture. Kinda reminds me of the Seventh Day Adventists belief in the investigative judgement, also not found in scripture. Please don’t get me wrong I truly do love all my brothers and sisters that love God as I do as well as those that don’t know Him yet, and I’m quite sure you love our Father too. As a matter of fact I wish you lived in Canada so we could get together over coffee, or tea, I don’t drink coffee, to discuss these things for you do sound like you know scripture, I just don’t approve of your religion as I don’t approve of any mainstream religion for none of them, that I have found, follow our saviours teachings or the new covenant. And if you’re going to tell me JWs are not a religion, let me ask you this. Are JWs 501 (c) (3)?

You seem to have a mental block or something. You’re using a FALSELY TRANSLATED BIBLE. To illustrate, I will take just the first quoted verse, and show you what it says in the ORIGINAL ancient texts.

Revelation to John, chapter 1, verse 4: John to the seven ecclesias (which translates into english as congregations) the in the Asia; Undeserved kindness to you and peace from the one being and the one was and the one coming, and from the seven spirits which in sight of the throne of Him

IN ENGLISH it says: John, to the seven congregations that are in the district of Asia; may you have undeserved kindness and peace from “The One who is and who was and who is coming”, and from the seven spirits that are before His throne

Now, the KJV bible you use has well over 20,000 deliberate mistranslations in it. This is because James the First, who caused it to be produced, was homosexual, and was King, and was also head of the Church of England in the late 1500’s and early 1600’s. As such, he produced a “Bible” that reflected NOT the inspired words of God, but the beliefs of the Church of England. Being false religion, and not being God, no words from this church are worth no more than kindling to light a fire. NO religion that any man had any hand in creating is worth anything at all, except to Satan, who caused their beginnings. Jesus taught that all sects/denominations/divisions/dissentions (from the one true faith that he taught) were all “works of the flesh”, and whoever participates in them will be destroyed. EXTERMINATED. The things you have posted are from the religions of man, that Jesus, and his father, God the Almighty, have condemned. The things I’ve replied to you come directly from God’s inspired word. Since you refuse to even acknowledge that the possibility even exists, that you could be wrong, you will likewise be exterminated in the final battle, UNLESS you change, become honest, and draw close to God.
Otherwise, God sees you as His enemy, and you know what happens to God’s enemies.

Wow, you seem very self righteous all of a sudden, forgive me for having an opinion other than yours brother. Do you really think God will destroy those who study His word? Yes we , as men all have differing opinions, and some of us tend to believe what others around us believe and not just keep an open mind when studying. As I said in an earlier post, I always pray before and meditate after I study His word. I have been meditating for about thirty years brother, trust me I know how to be still and listen. Do you? Please, I mean no offence what so ever for as I said, I truly believe you love our Father as I do. He shows me all the deception that is taking place before our eyes in the world and the news etc. and He allows me to see through the veil of lies presented to us by the adversary. But excuse me I’m getting off topic in your Bible that you claim is 100% accurate it says in Revelations 5:6 (b) “which eyes mean the seven spirits of God that have been sent forth into the whole earth” , word for word from your Bible brother. These eyes were of the lamb, the lamb is our saviour, so the seven spirits that were sent forth into the earth were the lambs eyes. You can take this how ever you like but I know what this means to me.
God bless you brother, may He give you eyes to see and ears to hear.???

Many study “God’s Word”, but they study a falsely translated or an interpreted version of His word, and when they’re told that it’s false or it’s interpreted, they reject even the possibility of it. They reject the message of the Kingdom. What they’re rejecting, is being part of that Kingdom, they reject being part of the great crowd. They reject being “no part of the world”. They become part of the religions of the world, and the politics of the world, and the desires of the world. One who is part of any of that cannot be part of God’s Kingdom. And, merely studying what they think is God’s word, doesn’t save them from destruction. It’s obeying all of God’s commands contained in His word. Not what’s contained in a “version” of His word. God inspired no “versions”. One must be a disciple of Jesus, and must be part of “the one true faith” that Jesus taught in the first cetury. If one is part of the world, part of the religions of the world, or it’s politics, and so on, cannot be part of the one true faith.
One therefore is not a Christian. Because a religion claims to be Christian doesn’t make them Christian. That is one of Satan’s greatest and oldest deceptions, along with falsely translated “versions” of God’s inspired word.

So, rejecting God’s indication to you of these things, through whatever method He chooses, is to reject God Himself.

Did you actually read the posts I sent you? If you did you would realize that I have no part in religion , unlike yourself, being involved in one of the most fake I’ve ever heard of. You never did answer me, is your church 501 (c)(3) ? Of corse it is, so you would be a part of Babylon religion, just saying. God bless brother. I will reply to you no longer as you have not been able to be civil and actually have a conversation, you just spout your JW brainwashing, which is one of the reasons that I left organized religion. At first I truly thought that you were someone who I could have a good conversation with but you don’t even know the truth about what actually went on at the council of Nicea which of course was to discuss the divinity of our saviour. So, truly, good luck in your studies. I hope that our Father will send you the spirit of knowledge along with the spirit of wisdom that you may acquire eyes that see and ears that hear.

It always amazes me that people say things, having NO facts on the subject. You claim that a society is a church, when it isn’t. You claim that the one true faith that Jesus taught in the first century is false religion, when actually, it’s the ONLY real religion in existence, according to God Hiimself, and the one He sent, Jesus Christ. And it always amazes me when I see people attack God and Jesus and what they’ve done for us out of undeserved kindness. You’ve ignored the sacrifices God and Jesus made for us. That’s not a smart thing to do, if one wants to continue living into the new system of things. And no, I am not, nor are any of the other members of the society I’m part of, or the religion I’m part of, any part of Babylon the Great. You, however, show that you are, with each post. You post many things from the KJV, which IS definately part of Babylon the Great. It’s the church of England’s handbook, not the words of God. The head of that church had it written, and changed, to reflect that church’s beliefs. So you’re a member of the Church of England, and apparently, a hypocrite. You not only know nothing of God’s named people and His Earthly organization, you don’t even know anything about YOUR RELIGION. And, you display exactly the opposite of love of neighbor and humility and fear of God.

The council AT Nicea, at the hands of Constantine, a PAGAN emperor, assembled that council to create A STATE RELIGION, not to only discuss the false divinity of God’s only begotten son. They did further the lies of a trinity, and the lies that ghosts exist, and the lies that hell exists, and the lies that people go to either heaven or hell at death, refuting the scripture’s clear teaching that we have no immortal soul. And then, you call on the pagan god of luck in your closing statements. Clearly touching the unclean (pagan) thing. God said “if you stop touching the unclean thing, I will take you in”. So you don’t want God to take you in either.
Are you quite certain these are the things you want? Do you really want to insult God and Jesus and God’s spirit? Do you relly want to use a falsely translated “version” of God’s word? do you really want to be part of the Church of England? I would re-think these things, were I you.

Ok, I know I said I wouldn’t reply again but you’ve peeked my interest.
What is this one true faith that Yehshua/ Immanuel taught in the first century? And please include proof of this either from scripture or early historic writings. I do hope you aren’t referring to JWs because we both know this “society”/ religion was created by Miller who also started the SDAs, and we also know he was a false prophet. And of course this was in the mid 1800’s not the first century. And also just wondering, how does your religion get Jehovah from YHVH? If anything it should be Yahovah for the letter “J” was not even used until the early 17th century. And please could you actually answer my questions this time instead of evading them with JW rhetoric. Thank you, God bless.

I find it difficult to believe that you don’t know what Jesus taught in the first century in his 3 ministries. Who is this Miller character? And no, the one true faith wasn’t started by someone in the 1800’s, nor was the JW society. Again, as I said previously, you don’t know any of the facts concerning that which you are talking about. Not a single one. But one thing is evident, you dion’t care about god, you don’t care about learning about Him, and you don’t care to learn what it means to fear God.

We’re not going to make this a conversation about the society. But it adopted the name in I believe 1938 or 9. The one true faith, however, was begun in the first century. Christendom, false religions claiming to be Christian, began in 325 a.d. Pagandom began around 6,000 B.C. Any more rediculous questions?

Of corse I know our Saviours teachings, it is because no church in existence today actually teaches them that I have left religion behind. And once again I see that you seem incapable of answering a single question without your self righteous condemnation. And of course you have not answered my question, again, shocking. I , being human, totally give up on you brother. I truly hope you find what ever it is you seek, and I truly hope you seek more than just superiority over others who are striving to learn the truth of God’s word. I am so glad you believe everything you have learned is 100% accurate. I myself know that I will be seeking truth until He comes again. Although at the same time there are some truths that have been revealed to me that I am sure of and still others that are so obvious to read in scripture that I truly don’t know how others have missed these things for so long.
First I know that I love Yah with all my heart, all my strength, all my soul and all my mind. I know that He is one and there is no other God besides Him. I know that He gave His only begotten son to die for us on the cross that we may live, and I love Him also. I speak with our Father at least three times a day and yes, sometimes He answers. As I said in a previous post, when He first made Himself known to me He changed me so drastically that it could be nothing other than divine and I felt such love as I have never felt before nor even could with another human being. So you can go ahead and try to tell me that everything He has taught me is wrong and that I will burn at the end, but I know differently.
I do truly wish you well my brother in all that you do, but you really need to rid yourself of that chip on your shoulder for those who believe that they are better than others will be last in His kingdom.
May Yah bless you , and may you find that which you seek.

Hey brother, I wouldn’t worry if this guy gets back to you or not. If your not a JW your going to burn anyways, according to him. Please don’t let him suck you into his cult, study scripture on your own my dear brother. I would suggest using the Geneva Bible to start as this version is similar to King James but without the agenda attached. I use this one and also the English Standard version and the Peshita, which is an Aramaic version translated to English. You can get most Bible versions as an app for free.
There is also a great learning tool called Bible Hub which gives you the Hebrew and Greek with translations so you can see how it was originally written, this is also a free app. I hope you enjoy studying as much as I do. Don’t forget to pray before you study and ask for guidance. I also find it beneficial to meditate on what you have read afterwards as His Holy Spirit May show you things you missed or misinterpreted. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask me. My email is micrussell333@gmail.com , feel free to contact me whenever you like. If I can’t answer right away I’ll study and let you know what I find and we can discuss it. God bless.

Emery wrote,

“The council AT Nicea, at the hands of Constantine, a PAGAN emperor,”

Constantine was baptized on his deathbed.

“not to only discuss the false divinity of God’s only begotten son.”

But the NWT gives qualities to Jesus that are divine attributes of Jehovah. Here are some examples:

a. Jesus has total and absolute knowledge of Jehovah: “All things have been delivered to me by my Father, and no one fully knows the Son but the Father, neither does anyone fully know the Father but the Son and anyone to whom the Son is willing to reveal him” (Matt. 11 :27).

“Jesus answered: ‘If I glorify myself, my glory is nothing. It is my Father that glorifies me, he who you say is your God; and yet you have not known him. But I know him. And if I said I do not know him I should be like you, a liar. But I do know him and am observing his word'” (John 8:54-55).

b. Jesus is the visible image of the invisible Jehovah: “He is the image of the invisible God” (Col. 1: 15). “God, who long ago spoke on many occasions and in many ways to our forefathers by means of the prophets, has at the end of these days spoken to us by means of a Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom he made the system of things. He is the reflection of [his] glory and the exact representation of his very being” (Heb. 1: 1-3).

c. Jesus acts in complete accord with Jehovah: “Therefore, in answer, Jesus went on to say to them: ‘Most truly I say to you. The Son cannot do a single thing of his own initiative, but only what he beholds the Father doing. For whatever things that One does, these things the Son also does in like manner’ ” (John 5: 19).

d. Jesus is the power and wisdom of Jehovah: “. . . but we preach Christ impaled, to the Jews a cause for stumbling but to the nations foolishness; however, to those who are the called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God” (1 Cor. 1:23-24).

e. Jesus is unchanging as Jehovah is unchanging: “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever” (Heb. 13:8; d. Mal. 3:6).

f. Jesus is to receive the very same honor as Jehovah: “For the Father judges no one at all, but he has committed all the judging to the Son, in order that all may honor the Son just as they honor the Father” (John 5:22-23).

“And every creature that is in heaven and on earth and underneath the earth and on the sea, and all the things in them, I heard saying: ‘To the One sitting on the throne and to the Lamb be the blessing and the honor and the glory and the might forever and ever.’ And the four living creatures went saying: ‘Amen!’ and the elders fell down and worshiped” (Rev. 5:14; emphasis added).

g. Jesus possesses the same glory as Jehovah: “So now you, Father, glorify me alongside yourself with the glory that I had alongside you before the world was” (John 17:5).

h. Jesus himself said he was equal to Jehovah: “On this account, indeed, the Jews began seeking all the more to kill him, because not only was he breaking the Sabbath but he was also calling God his own Father, making himself equal to God” (John 5: 18). “I and the Father are one” (John 10:30)1

i. Jesus and Jehovah have identical possessions: “All the things that the Father has are mine” (John 16:15). “I make request concerning them; I make request, not concerning the world, but concerning those you have given me; because they are yours, and all my things are yours and yours are mine, and I have been glorified among them” (John 17:9-10).

j. Jesus is everlasting as Jehovah is everlasting: “That which was from [the] beginning, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have viewed attentively and our hands felt, concerning the word of life, (yes, the life was made manifest, and we have seen and are bearing witness and reporting to you the everlasting life which was with the Father and was made manifest to us)” (1 John 1:1-2).

k. Jesus is inseparable from the Father: “The Father is in union with me and I am in union with the Father” (John 10:37-38).2 “He that receives me, receives [also] him that sent me” (John 13:20).3 “‘If you men had known me, you would have known my Father also; from this moment on you know him and have seen him.’ Philip said to him: ‘Lord, show us the Father, and it is enough for us.’ Jesus said to him: ‘Have I been with you men so long a time, and yet, Philip, you have not come to know me? He that has seen me has seen the Father [also]. How is it you say, “Show us the Father?” Do you not believe that I am in union with the Father and the Father is in union with me?’ ” ‘(John 14:7-10).4 “He that hates me hates also my Father” (John 15:23). “Look! The hour is coming, indeed, it has come, when you will be scattered each one to his own house and you will leave me alone; and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me” (John 16:32).

“Everyone that denies the Son does not have the Father either. He that confesses the Son has the Father also” (1 John 2:22).

Jesus is not the Archangel Michael. Even the NWT contradicts the JW belief concerning this. Here is the verse from the NWT,

Hebrews 1:5 “For example, to which of the angels did he [God] ever say: ‘You are my son; I, today, I have become your father’?” (New World Translation).

The answer, none. Hence, the Archangel Micheal is not the Lord Jesus Christ.

You are absolutely correct my dear brother, Michael could not possibly be Jesus as all angels were created and Jesus was not. Also if you read Daniel 10:13 it states that Michael is only one of the princes. Also in 1 Peter 1:20 it says that Jesus was foreknown before the foundation of the world but was only made manifest in the last times meaning He was begotten through Mary in these last times and did not exist before this. So He could not possibly be Michael, even if I am wrong about Daniel there is just too much evidence to the contrary in scripture. Keep studying brother you are doing well. God bless.

The veil Satan has placed over the meaning of God’s word is very effective. You two are proof positive of that. God created His son and called him “the Word”. He begat Jesus. Created him. But he was only named Jesus after being born human in Mary’s womb. But that’s okay if you don’t want to believe God. You’ve insulted Him so many times already, one more won’t make any difference. Dead is dead. You can’t become MORE dead. The wages sin pays is DEATH, and you’ve both sinned greatly against God and Jesus and the holy spirit of God. Proof that you are unbelievers is that you don’t understand God’s word, you don’t get the sense of any of it at all. You rely on religions, and falsely translated “versions” of God’s word, meaning you rely solely on Satan, since he inspired those false translations and those religions of man God called “false religion”. Enjoy your reward now, since it’s all you’re going to receive.

Actually our saviour was never called the word that is totally wrong maybe you should use that Greek you apparently learned and do some translating of your own, in Revelations where our saviour/Immanuel is called the word of God There is a word left out which is from the word of is not even there and word can also be translated as message, so Immanuel is the message from God. And as to our saviour being created, wrong again, perhaps to you begotten means created. Immanuel is from the essence of God, hence begotten, or of Gods essence.
By the way none of this matters as to salvation anyway. We will never know the whole truth until our saviour comes to resurrect the dead and take us to the kingdom. As long as we love God and love our neighbor and believe His son came and died on the cross for our sins and keep our Fathers Holy Days including the Sabbath then I know we will be good. Of course we also must do our best to sin no more.
Please brother try to remain civil to us as this other gentleman and I have been to you for you will be known for your fruits. May Yahweh bless you and yours.

Just a correction made by our JW friend brother, he states that Michael is only mentioned once in scripture, of course he is incorrect. Michael is mentioned in Daniel 10:13, 10:21, Daniel 12:1, Jude 1:9, and of course Revelations 12:7. In none of these verses does it say that Michael is Jesus. Check for yourself.

I agree. He is mentioned there but he is not Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

No fool, I said Jesus is called Michael once in the scriptures. What you posted is a fiction YOU invented.

It amazes me that someone like you can defend the first pagan religion of Christendom, whose leader is called by the pagan title of pontiff, the same title the head of all pagan religions is called. Someone who wears a pagan fish hat. Whose predecessors have been highly political, even though God commands that we remain as far from politics as possible. And it amazes me that someone like you can defend the false teachings of a pagan religion that tells you what to believe and think, because you don’t understand even one single word of the inspired word of God, because you won’t even touch it. You will only touch falsely translated “versions” of it. And you insult God and God’s only begotten son, and God’s spirit (which is the only unforgiveable sin mentioned in the scriptures). You turn your back on God and His servants, who strive to save your life. And then you insult them and spout, or rather parrott, lies about them to anyone who will listen.
Israel did that over and over again, and God finally allowed them to be killed, imprisoned, taken as slave labor, and took everything they owned for doing so. You’ll get of easier than them though. You will only experience the second death. You’ll be allowed to live out what’s left of your blind life until this system is terminated in the final battle.
Unless you are exterminated in the tribulation when the world’s governments destroy Christendom just before the final battle. It’s so close I can feel it now. All of the signs mentioned by Jesus, that when happening all at once, signal that the end is just around the corner, are all happening all at once right now, with only one left. And that’s going to happen at any time. God’s word says that when that announcement is made, the destruction will be instant. And if you’re in the position you are in right now, when that happens, you will be dead forever. Those who love, obey, and slave for God, however, will “never taste death”. And you could have been one of them, except for your ignorance and stubbornness and your clinging to the deceptions of God’s opposer, Satan.

You speak of these “early church fathers” as though they’re something other than deceiving liars. You are deceived into thinking apostles taught them. There isn’t even any evidence to think they’ve even met any apostles. And they’re CHURCH fathers. All churches are FALSE RELIGION, as per God’s inspired word. And you speak of canonization of God’s word. How horribly haughty for some pagan religion to state to all what of God’s word should be read, and what shouldn’t be read. From a pagan religion who used to kill people for even posessing a piece of scripture. A religion that kept the Bible in a language that no one could read, and who told their captives that they must never read one word of the Bible for hundreds of years. A religion that worships idols and icons, and teaches people to pray in exactly the opposite way that God said to pray. A religion that presumes to tell God what to do. A religion that hides truth from their captives, and promulgates nothing but fictions and lies instead. A religion that promulgated pagan holidays and rituals that are now part of most societies. That all is shameful. That religion has more blood on their hands than could even be imagined, and God will ask for that blood back. A religion that prostitutes itself, and has, for hundreds of years, to governments. A religion that blesses troops to kill their brothers. A religion that teaches their captives to break all of God’s commands. I could go on for months listing their sins, but there’s no point.

Even at nine years old, I saw clearly the deceptions of the RCC when I was an alter boy. Took off the robe, put down the wine and wafers, and walked home. Never went back. I began studying the ancient languages of the Bible times, and began translating all the ancient texts from which God’s word was given to us. And I’ve never stopped. That was a very long time ago. And to hear someone such as yourself tell me what God’s word says, is a very laughable thing, were it not so very, very sad. You’re basically committing suicide, just like almost everyone else in Satan’s world. His rulership of the world is just about to end, and he will be abyssed for the thousand years. I will be helping those resurrected ones, and you won’t be around any more because you reject God. Not to say this is a good thing.
It’s always sad to find yet another person who puts themselves on the chopping block, and who will not be a part of the coming Kingdom, when it replaces all rulership of the Earth and it’s inhabitants. But you’re just one of many billions who will be exterminated for making yourselves God’s enemies. So very sad. But who knows, maybe something will pop in your cranium, and you will see some truth in God’s word, and God may help you, but based on your posts, it looks doubtful. EXTREMELY doubtful.

Wow, it truly seems like you haven’t read any of my posts at all. Did I ever say I followed the RCC, no. Did I not tell you I am not involved with any “religion”. You spout off things that you want to believe of me but are totally made up in your head. I know modern day religions are all anti-Christ that is why I left them all behind. It’s like you take one sentence I wrote that you disagree with and ignore everything else I wrote.
I may have only been studying scripture for a little over a year, granted I do study for at least eight hours a day, but you see I entered into my studies with no preconceived notions or false doctrine, I just let the scriptures speak to me. And as I’ve said in previous posts, I always pray before and meditate after studying, I believe I have learned more from being still and listening than I have from the book itself. I have since taught myself to read Hebrew and am presently learning Greek and paleo Hebrew, that would be the original Hebrew language. I have also studied the Dead Sea scrolls the Pseudepigrapha the Peshita and several early historians that date back to as early as 300 BC. Since Our Saviour first made Himself known to me this is all I want to do and the only thing that truly excites me. I also enjoy conversing with others that have studied scripture, pastors, priests, rabbis and other lay people like myself. I totally admit that I make mistakes and truly appreciate constructive criticism. All you seem to be able to say to me is how wrong I am and that I’m going to burn in eternal flame, simply for studying Gods word. As I said I might be wrong in some areas but do you truly believe this means I’m going to burn? That’s very narrow minded of you. God knows He is on my mind constantly throughout every day and He knows how much I have suffered because of my devotion to Him, but every time I feel His love well up inside me I am comforted like I have never been before regardless of the tribulations I have had to face to make it to this point. Yes I have been mislead by men, I started going to the Seventh Day Adventist Church because I realized the church I was attending was not worshipping on the seventh day like the Bible tells us to do, only to realize that this church was just as Anti-Christ as all the rest, but I still love the people I met there. I then started going to a house church with people that follow the Torah but are not Jews, here I learned much about Gods Holy Days but I could not agree with their doctrines either, but again I still love these people very much and still join them once in a while for Bible study all the while trying to show them the satanic deception that goes on all around us. I also still go to the SDA church once and a while to try to reach them as well. I am trying my best to follow our saviour as best I can as He told us we must and preach His gospel wherever I go weather it be shopping, walking or even on the bus, I always discuss our saviour and the gospel to the point of being called names and being ridiculed and even laughed at in some instances, but I truly don’t care because I really do love Him. If you really believe this constitutes my burning in eternal flames then I feel sorry for you brother for this would mean you have not heard the true message of the gospel. As stated in Mathew 28:18-20. Yes I admit I’m not quite ready to go out into all the world yet but when I am this is my plan.
At present I have to stay close to home as I take care of my elderly mother.
If you would like to carry on with a constructive conversation feel free to contact me on my email at, micrussell333@ gmail.com, as I’ve already had to rejoin this conversation once and I’m sure it will happen again. Of course if you just want to tell me that I’m going to burn in eternal flames please keep this to yourself.
By the way I do have one question, could you tell me where in scripture that it says Michael is Jesus for I have searched diligently since the SDAs told me this but I haven’t been able to find it. Thank you.
May our Father bless you and yours what ever you decide.

It isn’t necessaary for you to claim that you follow the RCC, since EVERYTHING you post is a belief of the RCC. It isn’t a belief that you’ll be destroyed, it’s KNOWING it. And burn? How could you burn, unless you’re cremated? No hell of fire and torment exists. That’s yet another pagan fabrication of the RCC, the original religion of the pagan religions of Christendom, and the falsely translated “versions” of God’s word they’ve produced. And in order for one to “burn” in such a fictitious way, one would need an immortal soul, another false pagan belief adopted by the RCC and spread through all of Christendom. God’s word clearly says we have no such immortal soul, and that no hell exists. In fact, it says that God never even thought to do such a thing. In order for one to “burn” in the way you speak of, we’d need an immortal soul which is contrary to God’s teachings, and we’d need to go to a hell that is non-existent. This all would mean that God and Satan COOPERATE with eachother, which is completely absurd and impossible.

If you’d ever STUDIED the words of God, you’d know that no word for hell EVER APPEARS in the inspired word of God. The three words for Hades, Sheol, and Gehenna have been CHANGED to the word hell several dozen times in almost all English “versions” of God’s word. Remember, God NEVER inspired any “versions” or translations or interpretations of His inspired word. He ONLY inspired His word. Period.

If you’d EVER studied His word, you’d know that the entirety of the NT, the Christian/Greek scriptures, you’d know they were written BY, TO, and FOR the holy spirit annointed members of the New Covenant. And there’s only ever going to be a total of 144,000 of them. And you’d know that those people are tasked with teaching the rest of humanity what’s contained in them. Without their help, you misunderstand every word of it. You have not got a prayer of benefitting from those words either. If you don’t understand them, how could you ever benefit from them? Christendom’s lame attempts to teach what they say thoughout the millennia since the Christ’s death, have caused the spiritual death of billions and billions of people.
Not to mention their physical death.

Take your belief in worshiping on the “seventh day” business. How absurd.
If you knew God and His word, you’d know that we are under NO REQUIREMENT to worship on a specific day, in a specific fashion, or place. We worship God all day, every day. No sabbath exists any more. God’s rest, which is ongoing, hasn’t stopped since He finished creation. Every day is God’s sabbath. But attending some religion’s services, in some church, is enough to cause one’s destruction. He COMMANDED us to “flee from her”. Failure to obey God is enough also to cause our death, forever. Remember, NOTHING survives our death. There is no devising or work in the grave. When we perish, NOTHING survives our death. NOTHING. We go to the grave, and that’s it for us. Unless God chooses to resurrect us in the last day.
Last day is metaphoric by the way. The second death is removal from God’s infinite memory preventing our resurrection, the resurrections promised in His inspired word. The annointed’s resurrection, and the Great Crowd’s resurrection. You know, the two mentioned repeatedly in God’s word.

As far as Michael is concerned, go to JW.org, open the NWT, and search the word Michael. I won’t quote anyone scriptures that demand I do so. I will quote scriptures to those whom I teach, in person, and to those to whom I witness the Kingdom, but not on a venue such as this blog in the internet.
And not to someone I don’t know, or haven’t met face to face. Besides, it’s your responsibility to do so. God commanded us to take in ACCURATE information about Him, DAILY, from His word. ACCURATE information is the key here.

So it’s quite obvious to me that you are not even reading my posts, so why should I bother with you as you keep spouting your Opinion of Gods word. I gave you my email so we could continue this conversation in private but you would rather argue rather than discuss things. That’s really too bad because I know that you have some things to teach me and I would love to hear these things but you keep getting stuck in your Opinion of Gods word.
When I say burn I mean in the end time when God sends the wicked to the flame, not in hell, there is no hell. And I know all about Gehenna and what it is. It’s really quite funny that you can’t even read what I wrote without putting words in my mouth. I truly feel sorry for you brother and I will continue to pray for you and all others that are being mislead by the doctrines of devils and made up doctrines of men. You can keep showing your fruits on this public forum if you like but I will definately not respond to you again as you don’t seem to be able to actually read what I have written to you and I refuse to throw any more pearls before swine.
Good day to you. And may our Father bless you and yours and lead you to the truth of His word.

I don’t post opinions. Ever. Opinions mean nothing. And neither do I argue. It is equally as fruitless. Why you continue to “think” I do is a mystery to me. Maybe it’s a knee jerk response. Many religionists engage that tactic, along with the tactic of “show me the scripture”, knowing that nothing can be taught or learned with one scripture, ever. It’s as though they don’t realize that all of the NT is a compilation of letters between holy spirit annointed members of a small group of the 144,000 people God adopts as sons, to co-rule Earth, from heaven, with His son, Jesus, the Word, Michael the archangel, and His messiah. There are even more names by which Jesus has been called in God’s word, but you get the point.

And you talk about funny. Your assumption that I don’t read your posts is something out of the twilight zone. And I haven’t been misled since I left the RCC at the age of 9. But I can’t imagine that you haven’t been. You continue to think people are “sent to the flames”. Nowhere in God’s word does it say anyone is burnt, other than after death, they are thrown into a burning land fill along with trash and sacrificed animals. There are no flames people are “sent to”. Maybe, you are taking figures of speech in God’s word, and viewing them as literal. That would explain your “flames”
rhetoric.

“Jesus did NOT create the Catholic church, Constantine did”

I have to disagree. Constantine legalized the Catholic Christian Faith throughout the Roman Empire. In fact, Constantine was not baptized until he was on his deathbed and he held semi-Arian views in his life. Also, distinctive Catholic doctrines are to be found in the writings of the Early Church Fathers before Constantine. That gives further weight to the fact that Constantine did not found the Catholic Church.

“Jesus taught that all churches are false religion, as did his Father.”

Could you show proof of this?

“The scriptures say that “knowledge” (usage of God’s spirit to heal and raise from the dead and perform miracles) ended.”

Where does it say this? Catholic saints have been doing this, under the power of God, for centuries and even to the present day.

“Contrary to the church’s teachings, history and records prove out that it was created in 325 A.D. by Constantine, when he mixed Christian texts with pagan beliefs, rituals, icons, and holidays.”

Could you point this out?

“It’s the “one true faith” that Jesus taught.”

And that is the Catholic Church that can trace itself back to the time of the Apostles.

“Jesus created a congregation, not a church,”

In Matt. 16:18(DR, KJV) it says that he did.

“A congregation doesn’t need a church, but a church needs a congregation to survive.”

Could you elaborate?

“The Christian congregation has only God’s inspired word for teachings.”

But how do you know, for sure, that you do not have any false teachings in your congregation? Does your congregation claim infallibility concerning it’s teachings?

Emery Richards

I am sorry, but NO interpretation is the right interpretation. God Himself said “does not ALL interpretation belong only to Me?” This means that we are NEVER to interpret one single word of His inspired word. Each word stands on it’s own. We are to TRANSLATE it into a language other than the original, but not interpret it. Interpreting is basically guessing at it’s meaning. Translating is putting it into another language. There’s a huge difference.

If it’s an accurate translation you’re asking for, there are two that are close, and one that is 100% accurate, as compared to all the 16,000 ancient texts that exist from the periods in which God’s word was put on scrolls.
Young’s literal translation, The Orthodox Hebrew Bible, and the NWT, in that order.

“If only the Catholic Church actually followed the teachings of our saviour!”

It does. In fact, it is the Church that Our Lord founded and it is the Church, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, that gave us the Bible as we have it today(73 Books).

“The Catholic Church doesn’t follow the Bible at all, in fact their pope says they don’t need Jesus for He (the pope) is now the only way to God.”

Could you point out where the Pope said that he is the only way to God? According to official Church teaching, we believe that Our Lord Jesus is the only way to the Father.

“The Papacy also changed the Ten Commandments, which only God can do.”

The Papacy did not change the Ten Commandment, in fact, the Commandments are not numbered in the Bible. Also, the numbering of the Commandments, by the Catholic Church makes more sense than the numbering of them by Evangelicals.

“These people pray to friggin statues”

We do not pray to statues, rather, we pray to those whom they represent. It is like saying the Pledge of Allegiance. Are you pledging allegiance to a piece of cloth or are you pledging allegiance to what it represents?

“they think Mary remained a virgin after giving birth to Jesus, totally disregarding the Bibles truth on this matter, remember Jesus had brothers and sisters.”

But how do you know that they were Our Lord’s biological brothers and sisters? There is god evidence, from the NT, that those were not His biological siblings at all.

“there are many Catholics who are very good people but they have been mislead by the governing force of their church.”

But how do you know that you have not been mislead?

Blessings

So which Bible do you use brother, the Catholic Bible, last I checked there were 66 books in the Bible not 73. As to our saviour starting the Catholic Church, you could not be more mistaken. The Catholic Church was founded in approx. 380 AD, of course this is after they murdered the 3 groups who didn’t believe in the pagan trinity, the Astrogoths, Visigoths, sorry the name of the third group escapes me. As to our saviours brothers and sisters it’s very clear in scripture. And it was also the Catholic Church that changed the calendar and made anyone who observed the proper lunar Sabbath to worship on the day of the sun, Sunday, which is dedicated to Mithras the sun god, not our Father in heaven. Or in the case of the Jews, they had to start observing Saturn’s day or be killed. Do you even realize how many true Christians were murdered for not following the pagan rituals of the Catholic Church? Do you really believe your priests can actually make the Eucharist into the actual body and blood of our saviour? And what about that, placing the Eucharist in a golden circle with the suns rays all around it. And speaking of your priests, why do they call themselves Father when our saviour clearly states in Mark not to call any man father except our Father in heaven? Do you know why the Jesuits were originally formed, to control those who followed the protesters or as we are called today protestants, and by control I mean murder. Do you know the reigning pope is a Jesuit? Can you explain to me why the Vatican has an obelisk dominating the outside(sorry I can’t remember the pagan name they use for this court yard) as the obelisk represents the penis of Nimrod the first king after the flood that wanted to overthrow God. And what about all the pagan gods that adorn the Vatican. Not to mention the absolute fortune in gold and precious jewels the church flaunts, not only in the churches but even on their garments. Do you realize all these riches could feed the poor of the world ten times over! Doesn’t our saviour tell us to help the poor, the widows and the orphans. And this demon inspired heretical Papacy actually teaches that evolution is true!
Anyways brother I could go on but I will stop here for if you haven’t got the message you obviously never will, pearls before swine and all that. I do realize that the Catholic Church isn’t the only church that is like this for there is not a single church that actually follows the Bible as it should. But seriously the Catholic Church is the worst of them. I mean, when I say this, not the people of the church but the ones who govern this institution, the Papacy. There are many righteous Catholics out there I’m sure, but if these people are actually studying the Bible and not noticing all the discrepensies they are just as bad as their controllers.
May our Father in heaven bless you and lead you to truth, and if you are a part of this institution may you get out of her before it’s too late, I’ll pray for you.???

Mic333 wrote,

“So which Bible do you use brother, the Catholic Bible,”

Yes.

“last I checked there were 66 books in the Bible not 73.”

The reason why you have 66 is because Luther took out the 7 from the Old and he wanted to take 4 out of the New but he did not succeed in that evil act thanks be to God. Let me ask you this, if Luther loved the Scripture so much then why did he take Books out that Christians had been using for centuries?

“As to our saviour starting the Catholic Church, you could not be more mistaken. The Catholic Church was founded in approx. 380 AD,”

There is not mistake. Our Lord founded the Catholic Church.

“after they murdered the 3 groups who didn’t believe in the pagan trinity, the Astrogoths, Visigoths, sorry the name of the third group escapes me.”

Don;t you believe in the Trinity? If you do not then you are not a Christian.

“As to our saviours brothers and sisters it’s very clear in scripture.”

There is substantial proof that those were not His biological siblings. If you want me to go more in depth I will.

“And it was also the Catholic Church that changed the calendar and made anyone who observed the proper lunar Sabbath to worship on the day of the sun, Sunday, which is dedicated to Mithras the sun god, not our Father in heaven.”

So why do we see the Christians, in Acts, worship on the Lord’s Day..Sunday?

“Do you even realize how many true Christians were murdered for not following the pagan rituals of the Catholic Church?”

True Christians were not killed by the Church. Also, who were these “true Christians” and do you hold to their beliefs?

“Do you really believe your priests can actually make the Eucharist into the actual body and blood of our saviour?”

By the power of the Holy Spirit and the words of consecration the substance of the bread and wine become the Body,Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Our Lord so, yes, I believe in the Our Lord’s true presence in the Eucharist.

“And what about that, placing the Eucharist in a golden circle with the suns rays all around it.”

Only symbolizes Our Savior’s glory.

” And speaking of your priests, why do they call themselves Father when our saviour clearly states in Mark not to call any man father except our Father in heaven?”

But did He really say that or was He just pointing out the hypocrisy of the Pharisees? Was Stephen wrong in calling these same people “fathers” in Acts 7:2? Did he contradict Our Lord?

“Do you know why the Jesuits were originally formed, to control those who followed the protesters or as we are called today protestants, and by control I mean murder.”

Can you show proof that they murdered Protestants? I can show you many instances where Protestants murdered Jesuits.

“Do you know the reigning pope is a Jesuit?”

Yes.

“Can you explain to me why the Vatican has an obelisk dominating the outside(sorry I can’t remember the pagan name they use for this court yard) as the obelisk represents the penis of Nimrod the first king after the flood that wanted to overthrow God.”

That obelisk represents no such thing. Take a look at this,

“And what about all the pagan gods that adorn the Vatican.”

I don’t see any pagan gods that adorn the Vatican. Could you point them out?

“Not to mention the absolute fortune in gold and precious jewels the church flaunts, not only in the churches but even on their garments. Do you realize all these riches could feed the poor of the world ten times over! Doesn’t our saviour tell us to help the poor, the widows and the orphans.”

The Catholic Church is the biggest charitable organization in the world.

“And this demon inspired heretical Papacy actually teaches that evolution is true!”

where does he teach this?

“I do realize that the Catholic Church isn’t the only church that is like this for there is not a single church that actually follows the Bible as it should.”

How should it be followed?

“but if these people are actually studying the Bible and not noticing all the discrepensies they are just as bad as their controllers.”

I study the Bible and it makes me a stronger Catholic.

“May our Father in heaven bless you and lead you to truth, and if you are a part of this institution may you get out of her before it’s too late, I’ll pray for you.???”

And I pray that God lead you to the truth and get you out of the sect that you are in also.

NO religion or church of christendom is Christian. It’s the opposite of christian in fact. The Bible the Catholics use, the DR, is FILLED with falsely translated words, added words, added sentences, and complete tracts of false paragraphs. It is the single most misleading Bible ever created, except for the KJV versions, all 14 of them. Satan is misleading the entire inhabited Earth, and false religions, and falsely translated Bibles are his biggest and most effective means of doing so. All who engage in these misleadings will be destroyed in the final battle, if not in the tribulation just prior. NONE of them are part of the great crowd, or the little flock, the only two groups of people who will survive the final battle. God said that if you “stop touching the unclean thing (pagan thing) then I will take you in”. Meaning that if you continue touching the unclean thing, you’re toast. All religion, other than what Jesus taught in the first century, the “*one true faith*”, is part of that “unclean thing”, since they’re all partly or wholly* pagan*, and they seek to obscure God’s inspired word from people, quite sucessfully too.
