Georgians cast their ballots Tuesday in two critical races that will determine control of the US Senate for the next two years and, in turn, the fate of President-elect Joe Biden’s legislative agenda.

There could be a delay in learning who’s the clear winner of the election, because of the time it takes to count mail-in ballots. A spokesman for the office of Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said there could be a delay of several days.
