OTTAWA (LifeSiteNews) – As he enters into his tenure as party leader, newly elected Pierre Poilievre of the Conservative Party of Canada announced his new leadership team on Tuesday.

Notably, Leslyn Lewis, who finished third in the race and presented a strong pro-life, pro-faith message, was not included.

Lewis has a perfect rating on issues pertaining to life and family, according to Campaign Life Coalition, Canada’s leading pro-life group.

Poilievre tweeted an image of the team standing together at parliament with the caption: “My inflation-busting leadership team.”
