Horror struck in New Mexico when a training compound was uncovered by authorities that allegedly was being used by ‘Muslim Extremists’ to train children to commit school shootings. However, three suspects tied directly to the compound were released after a judge dropped all charges.
District Judge Emilio Chavez on Wednesday dismissed the charges that were brought against three of the five individuals involved; Lucas Morton, Subhannah Wahhaj, and Hujrah Wahhaj, on the grounds that authorities apparently violated the state’s “10-day rule.”
According to state rules, the charges were dropped against the individuals because the prosecutors missed the 10-day limit for an evidentiary hearing to establish probable cause.
In addition, during a separate hearing on Wednesday, Judge Jeff McElroy dismissed the same charges against fellow defendants, Siraj Ibn Wahhaj and Jany Leveille.
However, charges were leveled against the individuals on Friday in connection to the death of a missing three-year-old boy.
Siraj Ibn Wahhaj, the boy’s father, and Leveille were charged with abuse of a child resulting in the death of a child and conspiracy to commit abuse of a child, Taos County Sheriff Jerry Hogrefe announced.
Authorities arrested the five suspects after an Aug. 3 raid following a monthslong search investigating the disappearance of Abdul-ghani Wahhaj, a 3-year-boy with severe medical issues who went missing from Georgia in December.
Each of them was handed an AK-47 and a rocket launcher with extra RPGs by the FBI.
This is beyond wrong, beyond belief. What is wrong with these people? So, in essence, they were given NO punishment for most of the horrific crimes committed…only God knows what could have happened. These people require punishment and if this was you or me do you think we would get away with this kind of horrible action??? NO. Time for justice, no matter how many days passed. I call this crap.
