WASHINGTON, D.C. (LifeSiteNews) – Biden’s transgender Assistant Health Secretary Richard “Rachel” Levine claims Americans must “empower” children to take puberty blockers and get “sex reassignment” surgery.
On Monday, during an appearance on MSNBC’s “Andrea Mitchell Reports,” Levine responded to pushback against Biden administration policies that would allow males who identify as female to compete on female athletic teams and that promote irreversible “gender transitioning” of children.

“And so, we really want to base our treatment and affirm and to support and empower these youth, not to limit their participation activities in sports and even limit their ability to get gender-affirmation treatment in their state,” he stated.
Levine, himself a gender-confused individual who believes he is a woman, was reacting to laws banning gender-confused boys from girls’ sports.
