The world famous Shroud of Turin supposedly of Jesus Christ of Nazareth was analyzed by Italian researchers who discovered that the relic carries the blood of a torture victim.

Elvio Carlino, a researcher from the Institute of Crystallography, stated in an article for the Catholic News Agency that the particles analyzed “have recorded a scenario of great suffering, whose victim was wrapped up in the funeral cloth.”

The particles contain high levels of creatinine and ferritin which are found in patients who have suffered multiple traumas like torture.

“Hence, the presence of these biological nanoparticles found during our experiments point to a violent death for the man wrapped in the Turin Shroud,” University of Padua professor Giulio Fanti said.

The newly released findings were published in the U.S. scientific journal PlosOne. The report states that some individuals believe this to be “the burial cloth in which Jesus of Nazareth was wrapped about 2,000 years ago,” however, others have claimed that it is a forgery. According to researchers, there is no evidence to prove that the cloth is a fake.

The 14-foot-long relic has gone through several tests to determine its authenticity, including radiocarbon measurements in 1988, which led to conclusions that it was likely manufactured somewhere between 1260–1390 A.D.

As the PlosOne article noted, however, further research has found that the fibers tested at the time were from a later patch in the shroud, and were not part of the original cloth.

Further tests in 2015 presented a new mystery, with researchers sequencing the DNA of pollen and other dust particles from the cloth, finding evidence of plants from South America, the Middle East, Central Africa, Central Asia, China, and other regions. ——

Another report from Real Clear Science states;

“According to legend, the shroud moved around quite a bit, from Jerusalem to Turkey to France and to its final resting place in Turin, Italy. The DNA evidence confirms that many different people, from many different places, got their hands on or near the shroud.”

Oxford University geneticist George Busby and biblical scholar Pastor Joe Basile in accordance with the History Channel claimed that the DNA samples from the shroud will be used to search for any living descendants of Jesus Christ’s family.

“They believe that if they can find a strand of Jesus’ DNA it could help identify who among us today are descendants of Jesus and provide us with new insight into the man many consider to be the most important person in history, Jesus,” the History Channel explained about the search at the time.

Descendants of Jesus? According to scripture, there aren’t any. Jesus was not just a man, He was God’s Son and did not have any children or siblings. The search for a genetic bloodline of Jesus proves only one thing, the scientists behind the study are either directly or indirectly, in fact, setting in place the stage for the antichrist.

New Age gurus have long claimed that Jesus was just a teacher, just a man who achieved a higher consciousness. Scientists can’t deny His existence, Muslims portray him as a prophet, but the real Christian identifies through faith and the Holy Spirit that Jesus is the Son of God. Saying that Jesus Christ was just a man denies the divinity of the Son of God, and thereby denies the mission and existence of the savior. Doing such, destroys the entire message of the New Testament, and advances the agenda of the antichrist.

The poor individual whom the cloth portrays is not Jesus Christ, for one solid reason, there is no factual base of DNA to compare the cloth to which debunks whatever conclusion scientists and researchers will attempt to prove.

—— Exodus 20:4

Thou shalt make thee no graven image, neither any similitude of things that are in heaven above, neither that are in the earth beneath, nor that are in the waters under the earth.

The resemblance of Jesus Christ on the Shroud of Turin is entirely based on fake or imagined imagery of Jesus Christ. The first actual painting of Jesus Christ did not surface until after 400 A.D..

A consistent biblical theme is God’s abhorrence of pagan idolatry. God strictly commanded His people not to make images of Him (or any made-up god) or to use those images in worship. Ancient Israel went into captivity because they embraced idolatry (2 Kings 17:15-18; Hosea 8:4). The New Testament is filled with admonitions to “flee from idolatry” (1 Corinthians 10:14) and to “keep yourselves from idols” (1 John 5:21).

Yet the modern church is prepared to flock to a mystical Shroud of Turin based on an idol? Did God change His mind and suddenly decide that He wanted a self-portrait? Didn’t think so because God declares that He is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

The Bible clearly gives a description of what Christ looks like: it states he had wholly hair (hair like a sheep), which is identified as nappy hair, his feet like furnace (black), he was definitely black, because remember he lived among the Hebrews (black), there’s scriptures to back-up all that’s stated here. It also, states in scripture who his half brothers and sisters were. Matthew 12:46-50, 13:55, Mark 6:3, Luke 8:19-20, John2:12, 7:3-10, Acts 1:14. If we never grasp the purpose of Christ, we will never get it, Remember the bible also states, Christ existing in the bosom of God. in the book of Genesis….

The Hebrews were not black. They were Middle Eastern.

He did not have half siblings. These would have been His cousins.

The really interesting thing about the shroud is the Rhesus Negative blood on it, in this case, the rarest form, AB Negative.
RH blood has no reference to other hominids or humans. Its appearance and properties are UNKNOWN, except that it rejects other non-RH Neg. Without modern medical intervention, the differing positive and negative blood types of the parents will kill a developing fetus. In fact, RH Neg. types have a whole range of particular affinities that make them unique; psychic ability, physical hardiness, spiritual affinity, and generally Blue, Green, Hazel eyes with light complexions and hair – like David was described – ruddy.
Consequently, both the biological, medical and traditional evidence support the thesis that Jesus is on the shroud. As does the cloth for his face that fits perfectly in a church in Spain.
Nate above is right in saying that the new information puts the New Testament in doubt – because Paul was wrong about Jesus, whom he never knew, from the beginning. Read Eisenman!
We will discover in time that Jesus and Jehovah were the remnants of an ethnic group that Jehovah attempted to revive in Adam and Eve, only to be very frustrated. Jesus’s mission was to save the remnant of that ethnic group. He failed. Just as Jehovah did. It has very little to do with ‘salvation’. That’s just a ‘control mechanism’ for the church. Marx was right when he said that “Religion is the opiate of the mass’s”. Wake up!

Muslims saying Jesus is a prophet have lying sneering fallen angels speaking through them. Muslims worship the Anti – Christ who is the Abomination of Desolation whom is Lucifer. Jesus will not have the DNA like you think. Jesus is not a man. Jesus shined his glory in front of the disciples like God did in front of Moses. Jesus does not look like you think. Isaiah 53; 2″For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him. 3He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. 4Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. People try and make that as being what happened to Jesus when he was on the way to the cross. That is wrong. It was the way Jesus looked all through his life.

A simple chromosome test of the blood on the Shroud would answer the question whether or not it is our Lord, his blood would be missing one human chromosome. It’s that simple.
