It’s no secret that America is heading in a secular direction with each passing generation. However, new research aims to prove that the trend is not just in modern countries like America, rather it’s the whole world.

Firstly, what is causing such a shift in perspective to where religious beliefs are merely feelings rather than deeply held convictions? In addition, did God speak of this in the Bible?

The study was conducted by the Pew Research Center and has found that the world over, the next generation is less religious than older generations. Specifically, the Pew Research Center identified a pattern that showed adults younger than forty are less likely than older adults to say religion is “very important” in their lives.

Now, according to Pew, while the pattern is widespread, it is not universal. In many countries, there is no statistical difference in levels of religious observance between younger and older adults. However, in the countries where the difference is prevalent, it is almost always discovered in the direction of younger adults being less religious than their elders.

The results gathered do not discriminate by religion, and are across all beliefs. In addition, according to the results, forty-six out of one-hundred-and-six countries, adults between eighteen and thirty-nine are less likely to say that religion is vital to them. On the contrary in fifty-eight nations, there are no significant differences between younger and older adults.

The Pew Research Center utilized survey data that had been gathered over the course of the last decade. The Center used several different standards of measuring to convey their results. One of which was the aforementioned where the surveyed stated that religion was vital to them. However, other methods of measure included if those surveyed; had an affiliation with a religious group, prayed daily and or attended weekly worship services.

A similar pattern emerged from the other units of measure;

  • In forty-one countries, adults under forty are significantly less likely than their elders to have a religious affiliation.
  • In seventy-one countries, young adults are less likely to pray daily
  • In fifty-three nations the younger groups are less likely to attend religious services.

This is not surprising as the Bible of many books such as Daniel, Isaiah, Jeremiah and Revelation explain in detail the end of times.
These are things that have to come to pass, but on the those who follow, teach and preacher against the Word of God. They will pay
a price far greater then they can even comprehend.
The whole world is turning towards Satan and he is exploding with joy, because he knows what is in store for him and he wants as many
more that he can get to follow him. Remember, there are all types of Antichrist out there in the world.
That is why we as true believers have and know our Lord Jesus Christ, who is mightier than all Antichrist, or Satan.
Our Lord will take care of his children for he is a living God!

May our Lord Bless you Always, HE LIVES IN US, OUR SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST! D. Ray Spinks

Faith in God and your church is a community safety net and is necessary for a person’s well being, the same as the family unit is necessary for a sense of belonging, support and teaching of morals. Without this, people have nowhere to go and will drift aimlessly until satan catches them up in a web of alcoholism, drug use, crime etc. This is the path to all evils and can end up in suicide, insanity and utter degradation of character.

PEW like all surveyors can fudge anything and print it ,, OVER 70% in the USA still profess CHRIST,, the belief in YAHSHUA is NOT a religion , it is a moral code he gave us,,, they follow HIM …. not a religion ,, the further the buildings where preaching is going on moves away from telling the GOOD NEWS OF JESUS the less religion is important, HE is our goal ,,
